With no context or explanation, it's unknown (at least to me) what that's all about.  

Does "join with TurboTax" mean you need to prepare a 2024 tax return?"   Otherwise, I'm not sure what that means, and what the relation is to a suspended Etsy account.   If you explain more, someone may comment further.
