It's not clear what the "who says" means.  Who is the "who?"  i.e., Where are you seeing the date of March 26?   If that is what you see in your TurboTax account, that is only an estimate based on a common 21-day turnaround time.   Go by whatever date or message you see at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool.    What  is displayed there?

We may be able to tell you more once you report what you see with that IRS tool.    Also, is the refund supposed to go directly from the IRS to your bank account (or card), or did you choose a paper check?   And if you chose direct deposit, did you choose to pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund?
